The Opportunity

Provident10 is seeking a professional welcoming and highly organized Reception & Office Administrator who takes pride in creating an exceptional workplace experience! This role is ideal for someone who is excited to take ownership of shared spaces and maintain an inviting tidy and wellmanaged office.

Reporting to the Director People & Culture the Reception & Office Administrator provides essential day-to-day support across the organization managing the front desk coordinating meetings and events and overseeing key administrative and office operations to ensure a seamless and professional experience for all.

Your key activities will include:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors clients and callers providing a professional and welcoming frontofhouse experience.
  • Manage front desk operations including visitor access mail and courier services and meeting room bookings.
  • Coordinate internal and executivelevel meetings and events including catering and onsite logistics.
  • Support internal meetings training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain shared office spaces (boardrooms kitchens common areas) to ensure they are clean organized and ready for use.
  • Liaise with building management and service vendors and monitor office supplies and facilities needs.
  • Provide general administrative support while handling sensitive information with discretion.

What youll bring to the role:

  • Completion of a post-secondary Administrative Program.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a relevant role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client-service skills and the ability to build connections.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • The ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently with moderate supervision.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary Range: $51100 - $71500
