THE POSITION: The Prefab Offsite Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of offsite fabrication and modular construction activities supporting multi-phase campus-scale data center projects. This role focuses on thecoordination of design procurement manufacturing integration and testing of prefabricated systems to ensuretimely cost-effective delivery while meeting high quality standards. The ideal candidate has a background inelectrical or mechanical assembly with experience supporting skidded modular or pre-assembled systems in afast-paced production or construction environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Manage the execution of manufactured and prefabricated components ensuring adherence to technical specifications budgets and schedules
- Coordinate fabrication activities across multiple vendors integrators and internal project teams
- Support high-quality execution and delivery of complex offsite fabrication scopes through the full project lifecycle
- Ensure contract deliverables are met through regular coordination reporting and schedule updates
- Support supply chain fabrication integration testing quality and commissioning coordination efforts
- Track fabrication progress ROJ dates testing milestones and shipment readiness
- Identify and escalate risks associated with manufacturing schedules logistics or technical scope
- Prepare regular status updates and reports for project and leadership teams
- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering procurement construction commissioning and operations
- Support preparation of project documentation schedules and execution plans
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - Bachelors degree in engineering construction management project management or related field (preferred)
- 58 years of experience in construction manufacturing modular fabrication or mission-critical facilities
- Experience supporting skidded modular or pre-assembled electrical or mechanical systems
- Familiarity with production manufacturing and logistics workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders
THE DETAILS: - Location: Hybrid / Remote with travel to fabrication facilities and project sites
- Compensation: $125350 $139150 base salary plus 10% annual bonus potential
- Benefits: Healthcare Dental Care Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Leave Programs
- Travel: Domestic travel required up to 25%
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass comprehensive background and drug screening
