What Youll Do
Inspect buildings to ensure quality standards are met
Train and support team members
Step in to cover shifts when staffing is low
Track labor hours and help stay on budget
Order weekly supplies
Communicate schedule or policy updates
Work closely with the Area Manager
Learn all positions so you can assist where needed
Identify additional service opportunities (carpet cleaning etc.)
What Were Looking For
Reliable and team-oriented
Strong communication skills
Leadership mindset
Flexible and willing to step into different roles
Janitorial or facility experience is a plus (not required)
