Woodburn - MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility
Join our team at the MacLaren Facility as an Executive Support Specialist! In this dynamic role you will provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to the facility with primary responsibility for processing youth payroll coordinating grievances and subpoenas maintaining official records and correspondence and supporting records management operations. You will serve as a key liaison between departmentsincluding HR IT/IS and facility staffwhile overseeing hiring and onboarding processes from interview coordination through new hire setup. This position also supervises unit support staff manages manager calendars and communications supports event planning initiatives and ensures compliance with JJIS security access and administrative procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
Three years of clerical/secretarial experience which included:
one year at a full performance level performing typing word processing or other generating of documents; AND
Lead work responsibility or coordination of office procedures
Courses or training in Office Occupations or Office Technology may be substituted for up to one year of the clerical/secretarial experience.
No substitution will be made for the one year at the full performance level.

The salary range listed is the non-PERS participating rate. If you are already a participating PERS member or once you become PERS eligible the salary range will increase by 6%. Please review the Classification and Compensation page for more details.
