Overview

Were looking for a Growth Lead Analyst whos equal parts analytical powerhouse and strategic thinker. Youll own complex initiatives end-to-end working closely with cross-functional partners and senior leaders.

This is an individual contributor role with serious influence. Youll have direct access to senior leadership a seat at the table for strategic decisions and the autonomy to pursue ideas that matter. Youll operate in a fast-moving landscape alongside Amazon Audible and Spotifyleveraging generative AI and emerging technologies to find opportunities others miss.

Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis & Business Impact

  • Turn data into decisions: deliver insights and recommendations that shape how leadership thinks about growth
  • Spot opportunities others misswhether thats untapped revenue streams efficiency gains or market expansion plays
  • Stay ahead of the curve on AI and generative AIidentifying where tools like LLMs automation or forecasting models can meaningfully improve growth decisions.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work across editorial marketing sales and leadership to define what success looks likeand measure it
  • Build frameworks that make sense of performance across platforms and divisions each with its own dynamics

Hands-On Analytical Work

  • Dig into large messy datasetssales marketing distribution audience behaviorand extract what matters
  • Translate fuzzy business questions into concrete analytical approaches
  • Build dashboards and reports that people actually useclear actionable no fluff
  • Run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses before committing resources
  • Keep data clean documented and trustworthy

Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Mathematics Business Economics Physics or a related quantitative field
  • 5 years of hands-on analytical experienceand a track record of work that moved the needle
  • You think strategically: you see patterns connect dots and know how to zoom in and out
  • Fluent in the language of businesscomfortable discussing financial marketing and pricing performance with senior stakeholders
  • Familiar with marketing and sales funnels KPIs and optimization strategies
  • Excel power user (advanced functions data modeling) and strong SQL skills
  • Proficient in Power BI for visualization and reporting
  • Creative and resourcefulyou find ways to solve problems that arent obvious
  • Clear communicator who can make complex findings land with non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter who doesnt wait to be told what to do

Desirable

  • Python for analysis and automation
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompting
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and how to measure them
  • Background in publishing media or e-commerce
  • Experience with pricing optimization or managing large product catalogs
