Senior Executive Assistant to C-Suite

Location: Remote first (Glasgow/ UK)
This is not a traditional EA role!
Soluis are looking fora highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to act as a true force multiplier for senior leaders operating at board and executive level. You will besomeone who takes high-level direction operates independently and drives complex initiatives through to completion across regions and functions.
If you thrive in fast-moving ambiguous scaling environments and can bring structure clarity and momentum without hand-holding read on.
What Youll Do
- Act as a trusted extension of senior leadership driving initiatives independently
- Lead cross-functional projects and operational improvements
- Anticipate risks and remove blockers proactively
- Use technology systems and automation to improve execution and visibility
- Engage confidently with board members executives and global teams

- Comfortable with autonomy ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Experienced in global multi-country organisations
