You will besomeone who takes high-level direction operates independently and drives complex initiatives through to completion across regions and functions.

What Youll Do
- Act as a trusted extension of senior leadership driving initiatives independently
- Lead cross-functional projects and operational improvements
- Anticipate risks and remove blockers proactively
- Use technology systems and automation to improve execution and visibility
- Engage confidently with board members executives and global teams
