At Essity we offer internship opportunities designed to help you learn grow and explore your potential. Based in our Lisbon office youll join a multicultural environment where almost 400 professionals work across HR operations Finance Master Data and much more. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience contribute to real projects build a foundation and have a multinational experience to grow your career.
What You Will Do
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to support ongoing projects and contribute ideas
- Research & Analysis: Conduct topic-specific research gather data and provide insights
- Documentation Support: Assist in creating reports presentations and internal documentation
- Professional Shadowing: Observe and learn from experienced colleagues across different functions
- Meeting Participation: Attend workshops and meetings take notes and engage in discussions
- Multicultural Interaction: Collaborate with peers managers and directors in a diverse workplace
- Continuous Learning: Embrace opportunities to develop your skills and explore career paths.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
- No prior experience required but a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
- Comfortable using MS Office; familiarity with other software tools is a plus.
- Proactive collaborative and courageous with a genuine interest in personal development.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are highly encouraged
