Assured is on a mission to modernize insurance. Claims processing (i.e. should we pay this claim) while often overlooked is the foundation of the entire industry. Its currently highly manual involving phone calls faxes and gut instinct costing tens of billions of dollars a year. We can do better.

Were looking for a strategic and driven Staff Product Manager to shape the vision roadmap and execution of our next-generation this role youll partner cross-functionally with design engineering and business stakeholders to bring impactful ideas to life from concept to launch and beyond.

What Youll Do

Define and own the product strategy and roadmap aligning with company goals customer insights and market opportunities.

Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through delivery iteration and scale.

Collaborate closely with engineering design and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment on priorities.

Leverage data and research to drive decisions measure success and continuously improve user engagement and business outcomes.

Champion innovation exploring new ideas technologies and approaches to deliver exceptional experiences.

Communicate clearly and effectively translating complex concepts into actionable plans for internal and external stakeholders.
