Program Associate Logistics and Procurement
Grade Level: 3
Anticipated Salary: $56000
Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Program Manager (PMP)
Were looking for a detail-oriented Program Associate to support procurement logistics and compliance for a donor-funded program. Reporting to the Program Manager this role helps ensure services and materials are procured and delivered efficiently on time and in line with funder and organizational requirements.
Key functions of this role will include support toprocurement processes vendor sourcing and purchase documentation; logistics coordinator inventory and asset tracking. The Program Associate willmaintain accurate procurement and compliance records; Working closely with program finance and operations teams.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in a relevant field 24 years of procurement logistics or operations experience strong organization attention to detail and teamwork skills.
