Channel Business Development Manager

Job Summary
- Identifying developing and expanding relationships with partners distributors and resellers in North America
- Generating additional demand through partner engagements events etc. studying the market for newer trends and reporting the same to the management
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls emails
- Maintaining and expanding the database of contacts
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales in the UC/CC industry. Experience in working with partners resellers and distributors is a must. And experience with Webex Zoom and MS Teams especially related to CC is preferred. Experience in developing large enterprise business via partners is a plus.
- Proven capability of developing and executing successful channel sales strategies that drive revenue growth product awareness and experience in negotiating contracts and agreements with partners (connections with major partners/channels is a must).
- Deep understanding of the UCaaS/CCaaS market including its trends challenges and competitors and also a good understanding of their technologies including cloud-based communication platforms VoIP PSTN/SIP Trunking and networking.
- Willingness to travel to meet partners and to attend conferences and industry events (around 25% of the working time)
- Leadership and ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
