Are you a structured and serviceminded HR professional who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes Were looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to join our HR team during a maternity leave cover and help deliver a worldclass employee experience from day one at Unibake.
This is what you will do
- Ensure a seamless pre- on- and offboarding process in close collaboration with managers including onboarding surveys.
- Respond to employee and manager HR admin inquiries.
- Maintain core people data and keep systems updated incl. training registration (e.g. Global HR System) and support monthly HR KPI reporting.
- Keep our HR information and Employee Handbook up to date on the Intranet and update managers and employees on an ongoing basis
- Provide administrative support on international assignments (visas A1 settling-in tax support).
- Provide ad hoc HR support and ad hoc tasks (gifts small projects social wheel coordination) incl. support CHRO with meeting coordination etc.
