Within IMPO our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the IM business model by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with Janssen Commercial R&D Supply Chain Tax and Treasury.
Currently we are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst Tax & Statutory Reporting to join the IMPO organization inIreland.
Thepurpose of the role is to be responsible for the statutory and tax reporting process for Johnson & Johnson Irish entities including coordination of the external audit.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the annual statutory reporting process for Johnson & Johnson Irish entities including coordination of the external audit and ensure timely submission to the authorities.
Co-ordinate with finance colleagues for all legal tax reporting and streamlining of the reporting process on S4 Hana
Support the preparation of tax accounting entries with Finance business partners
Support the submission of quarterly/yearly US legal reporting
Lead Ad Hoc projects as required to meet business objectives
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices
Other Working Relationships
Develop close working relationship with peers and managers in finance departments
Interaction with external auditors and Irish tax authorities
Communication with Corporate HQ particularly on US tax reporting
Interaction with other business and tax colleagues across Ireland and worldwide as and when required e.g. Payroll HR Legal Supply Chain
Key Requirements for this role
Recognized Professional Accountancy and/or tax qualification or equivalent
Minimum 4 years relevant experience in an Accounting/ Tax role in a multinational environment
Support the submission of quarterly/yearly US legal reporting
Team-player and collaborative working style
Ability to manage workload and prioritize
Be innovative and facilitate an environment of continuous improvement
Advanced excel skills (Alteryx and Power Query would be an advantage) and strong presentation skills
