The Team You will be supported by a tier-one medical infrastructure. The team is led by a Lead British Doctor and includes specialist Physiotherapists and a cohesive unit of Western-trained nurses. You will work within a framework that values clinical precision and multidisciplinary collaboration.
The Safety To ensure the highest standard of patient vigilance and nurse well-being the medical roster operates on a double-nurse shift system. This ensures you are never working in isolation during clinical hours and provides ample downtime to explore the Mediterraneans most storied destinations.

Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of Acute Care experience (ICU ER or A&E) is mandatory.
Language: Native or C1 English fluency is essential.
Attributes: Must demonstrate exceptional clinical competence high emotional intelligence and the discretion required for ultra-private service.
