Job Summary
The Mission This is a career-defining role for a premier nursing professional to provide dedicated 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP in a setting of unparalleled exclusivity. You will serve aboard a luxury vessel navigating the cultural heart of the Mediterranean with a cruising itinerary that includes the historic ports of Valletta (Malta) the coastline of Sicily the Greek Islands and Dubrovnik. This position offers the rare opportunity to combine elite clinical practice with a dynamic maritime lifestyle.
The Team You will be supported by a tier-one medical infrastructure. The team is led by a Lead British Doctor and includes specialist Physiotherapists and a cohesive unit of Western-trained nurses. You will work within a framework that values clinical precision and multidisciplinary collaboration.
The Safety To ensure the highest standard of patient vigilance and nurse well-being the medical roster operates on a double-nurse shift system. This ensures you are never working in isolation during clinical hours and provides ample downtime to explore the Mediterraneans most storied destinations.

Requirements
Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of Acute Care experience (ICU ER or A&E) is mandatory.
Language: Native or C1 English fluency is essential.
Attributes: Must demonstrate exceptional clinical competence high emotional intelligence and the discretion required for ultra-private service.
