The Safety To guarantee patient continuity and practitioner health the medical roster is built on a double-nurse shift system. This ensures you have constant clinical support during duty hours and guaranteed downtime to explore the ancient tuna fisheries and crystal-clear grottos of this Sicilian archipelago.
