We are hiring a Change Portfolio Consultant to help shape design and deliver the future of our this role you will translate Wholesale Banks strategic ambitions into a longterm transformation roadmap. You will play a leading role in creating and assuring the quality of business cases. You will ensure initiatives strategic fit and contribute to WBs transformation outcomes by actively shaping and tracking progress on the WB portfolio. You will also support one or more WB Domains in establishing solid change and financial administration in line with the banks standards and contribute to effective change execution. Finally you will contribute to highquality decisionmaking by providing clear insights to senior stakeholders and supporting effective change execution.
The Team
You will be part of the Portfolio Management Team the nucleus of the strategy realization of the Wholesale Bank. The team drives and orchestrates the translation of WB strategic ambitions into a long term change portfolio for which it secures budget via the Dynamic plan process. The team drives and monitors the change execution by all Tribes to reach the set objectives and aspired business benefits and reports on progress to many senior stakeholders up and until the MBB. The team also monitors the effective and efficient delivery in WB and supports continuous improvements to help grow execution certainty.
Roles and responsibilities
Lead assessments and deep dives to solve complex business challenges and provide actionable recommendations.
Shape strategic alignment across Product lines Sectors and Operations.
Translate transformation strategies into clear objectives measurable outcomes and budget needs.
Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to build commitment and drive change.
Proactively anticipate risks and provide datadriven insights to keep projects on track
Track milestones dependencies and critical path to ensure successful delivery.
Provide clear visibility and actionable insights to senior management (up to MBB) to support effective decisionmaking.
Coordinate crossteam initiatives and coach teams to improve delivery execution maturity.
Support the Lead Transformation Management with highpriority strategic initiatives.
Enhance the maturity and capabilities of the Portfolio management team (both Run & Change)
Contribute to cocreating the transformation vision strategy and roadmap for WB and drive the translation to the administration hereof in SNOW and other appropriate tooling.
You will be responsible for proper financial and risk management of the transformation.
Act as delegated chair in relevant governance forums driving quality assurance of investment proposals business cases in WB.
Structural identification and mitigation of inefficiencies in WBs run and change portfolio.

We are looking for the following knowledge and experience:
5-8 years experience as a consultant and in change transformation and/or portfolio management.
Masters degree relevant certifications (Lean Six Sigma Agile Change Management Lean portfolio management etc.)
Strong consulting analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to simplify complexity and drive actionable outcomes
High organizational awareness and stakeholder sensitivity
Collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge constructively
Adaptability resilience and comfort with ambiguity
Ability to create buy-in and engagement at all levels of the organization.
The ability to display flexibility in your style to teams and adapt plans approach and behavior to the different needs and situations with stakeholders at all levels.
