Job Summary

The Mission This is a distinguished role for a high-acuity nursing professional to apply their clinical expertise in an ultra-private serene environment. You will provide dedicated 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP aboard a luxury superyacht. The vessels cruising itinerary focuses on the most secluded and pristine waters of the Balearic Islands specifically the turquoise shoals of Formentera the private anchorage of Espalmador and the historic port of Ciutadella in Menorca. This position offers a perfect balance of clinical vigilance and the restorative atmosphere of the Mediterraneans quietest corners.

The Team You will operate within a tier-one medical structure led by a Lead British Doctor and supported by resident Physiotherapists. The nursing team comprises exclusively Western-trained professionals ensuring a cohesive high-performance environment grounded in collaborative care and clinical safety.

The Safety To guarantee patient continuity and practitioner health the medical roster is built on a double-nurse shift system. This ensures you have constant clinical support during duty hours and guaranteed downtime to explore the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Ses Illetes and beyond.

Requirements

Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E) is essential.
Language: Native or C1 English fluency is mandatory.
Profile: Must demonstrate clinical precision high discretion and the ability to adapt to a luxury private environment.
