Were looking for curious people to join our Junior Consultant programme in Oslo.
What youll do
As a Junior Consultant youll be part of our Strategy and M&A practice from day one. Youll work closely with experienced consultants on real client projects gaining practical experience with the challenges global companies face today. Typical tasks include:
- Conducting market research and financial analyses
- Preparing material for client workshops and presentations
- Supporting project teams with strategic insights and problem-solving
- Bringing fresh perspectives that challenge our thinking and create impact
This is a part-time hourly role designed to fit alongside your studies. Youll have the flexibility to contribute when your schedule allows all while getting a thorough behind-the-scenes look at and understanding of consulting.
What youll bring
Were looking for students in the final year of their bachelors degree or the first year of their masters degree.
The right fit will likely tick several of these boxes:
- Strong academic results and analytical skills
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn fast (our learning curve is steep and many students tell us thats one of the best parts of this job)
- Ability to communicate clearly in both Norwegian and English
- A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in business strategy and M&A
You dont need prior consulting experience but you should be ready to take ownership share your ideas and learn by doing. Please note that candidates planning a gap year between degrees are not eligible.
