Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily manufacturing operations of solar panel production.
Plan production schedules and ensure timely achievement of targets.
Monitor productivity efficiency and cost optimization.
Coordinate with Quality Procurement Stores and Dispatch teams.
Ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies.
Control inventory reduce wastage and improve operational efficiency.
Lead and supervise production staff and shift in-charges.
Prepare MIS reports and present performance updates to management.

Requirements

Requirements:

/ Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering.
510 years of experience in manufacturing operations (Solar / Electrical preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of production planning inventory control and process improvement.
Good analytical and reporting skills.

Required Skills:

Qualifications & Skills Any Graduate. 25 years of experience in solar product sales / channel sales / electrical product sales. Strong knowledge of solar panels inverters batteries and rooftop solar solutions. Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively to meet dealers and distributors. Self-driven target-oriented and passionate about renewable energy.
