Job Summary
The Mission We are recruiting a high-caliber nursing professional for an exclusive 1:1 care assignment aboard a private superyacht. You will be the primary medical advocate for an 80-year-old VIP principal. This role offers a unique professional synthesis: delivering acute-level clinical oversight while navigating the Mediterraneans most prestigious waters including the Costa Smeralda (Sardinia) the Bay of Kotor and the Balearic Islands.
The Team You will not be working in isolation. You will join a fully integrated Western-trained medical department designed for autonomy and excellence at sea. The team includes:
A Lead British Doctor providing 24/7 clinical direction.
Dedicated Physiotherapists managing the principals mobility and rehabilitation.
A collaborative unit of experienced acute-care nurses.
The Safety To ensure sustainable performance and patient safety we operate a strict double-nurse shift system. This protocol guarantees you are never solely responsible for the clinical load ensuring you have the downtime to rest and enjoy the vessels luxury amenities and ports of call.

Requirements
Education: A Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.
Experience: Candidates must possess 4 years of post-graduate experience in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E) to manage the specific medical needs of the principal.
Language: Native or C1 English proficiency is required.
Attributes: A professional discreet demeanor with the ability to adapt to a high-net-worth maritime environment.
