We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in BPO operations demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills and have a passion for working in a fast-paced startup-style environment. This role requires someone excited about building processes from scratch driving results and leading with purpose.
Lead motivate and manage a team of BPO professionals in different LBOs such as Phone
chat or emails to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
Implement and oversee quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure compliance with internal
and client-specific standards.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement.
Develop and implement reports with 60% of the role focused on data/reporting and 40% on
coaching agents on performance and areas of opportunity.
Conduct regular audits scorecard reviews and feedback sessions; scorecards must be created
by the Supervisor.
Provide regular coaching and support to enhance agent performance and professional growth.
Conduct team meetings and performance reviews providing constructive and actionable
feedback.
Build and maintain strong client relationships understanding their business needs and ensuring
expectations are exceeded.
Address client escalations and participate in ongoing service improvement initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency.
Develop and execute training programs to enhance the capabilities of the operations team.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a BPO environment.
Demonstrated experience in operations management and quality assurance.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to coach develop and inspire teams.
Comfortable working flexible hours including shifts and weekends as needed.
Must be adaptable excited about startup culture and open to building scalable systems and
processes
