Primary Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include greeting clients and visitors; visitor inquiries; answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system; maintaining and scheduling conference rooms and event space; maintaining lobby and conferencing center; filing documents; verifying employee identification and issuing visitor passes; processing vendor invoices; assisting with catering; inputting time entries for timekeepers; updating office directory; assisting in planning of office events; and other assigned administrative/legal projects and tasks.
This position requires one to two years of customer/client service experience. Successful candidates will
thrive in a fast-paced environment; possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; knowledge
regarding operation of multi-line telephone systems and office equipment such as computers printers
scanners copiers and video conferencing equipment; strong writing skills; and familiarity with Microsoft
Office Suite.
A professional appearance and polished demeanor are required as well as respect for confidentiality and
discretion; attention to detail; positive attitude; patience in dealing with challenging visitors; and a high level
of reliability and dependability.
High school diploma required; college degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered for the position in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act.
California Pay range for this role with final offer amount dependent on skillset and experience is $48000 - $60000.
