1:1 Aide/ParaprofessionalHancock County Educational Service CenterJob Type/Title: 1 on 1 Aide - Multiple Disabilities Classroom Location: Van Buren SchoolJob Description:- Candidate should have a great deal of patience to work with students with multiple disabilities and/or behavioral issues- Candidate should have a passion for working with students in middle school grades and be willing to assist with behavioral needs toileting and personal healthcare as needed- Provide appropriate support and encouragement to student- Assist student with class work in small groups and individually- Work under the supervision/direction of the classroom teacher- Be willing to be trained to meet the behavioral medical and educational needs of the student
