Location: Mercy Hospital St. Louis
Schedule: Full Time Days and Nights available
$10000 signon bonus available for Registered Nurses with MedSurg or GYN Unit experience!

What Youll Do
Partner with patients and families in care decisions.
Develop and document individualized care plans using evidence-based practices.
Perform safe hand-offs using SBAR and bedside reporting.
Communicate effectively with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
Stay engaged in unit huddles process improvement projects and continuing education.
Maintain certifications and competencies to deliver the highest standard of care.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN Diploma or BSN).
Licensure: Current RN license in Missouri or compact license.
Certifications:
Required: BLS (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.
Preferred: ACLS NRP C-EFM and others as applicable.
Experience: Previous RN experience required; Womens Health experience preferred but not mandatory.
