Job Description:

IM Transcend is a multi-year global business transformation initiative that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem of 7 major global ERP systems standardizing our core business processes and products across Plan Source Make Deliver Quality and Data and enabling our integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance.

The Sr Manager Data Capability Excellence plays a pivotal role within a large-scale multi-year global SAP S/4HANA transformation program with responsibility for orchestrating all deployment excellence related to Data Master Data Governance (MDG) Data Migration Data Quality Reporting and Analytics across multiple global releases.

Accountable for delivery Transcend integrated E2E data outcomes with the connected Ecosystem. Lead Transcend release and ensure deployment aligned with the discovery phase. Accountable for resources capacity and responsible to get the full adoption from the end users and critical stakeholder of specific releases

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful deployment of data outcomes for the Transcend release.

  • Maintain accountability for meeting quality timeline and scope of deployment.

  • Lead the execution and monitoring of Transcend releases.

  • Guarantee that deployments align with the objectives and deliverables defined during the discovery phase.

  • Drive full adoption of releases among end users and critical stakeholders.

  • Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and resolve adoption challenges.

  • Oversee deployment processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

  • Remain accountable for the entire hypercare

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with release deployment.

  • Implement strategies to facilitate smooth transition and adoption of new releases.

  • Provide training or support materials for end users as needed.

  • Track and report on release performance and adoption metrics.

  • Recommend improvements based on feedback and data insights.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Management Engineering Business Supply Chain or related discipline.

6 years of experience in SAP data deployment or enterprise deployment roles.

Experience leading data strategies and governance

Strong understanding of SAP data structures.

Experience in the pharmaceutical biotech healthcare or other highly regulated industries strongly preferred.

Deep understanding of GxP SOX audit CSV data integrity (ALCOA) GDPR and quality requirements.

Experience & Skills

Expertise in SAP S/4HANA data migration methodologies ETL tools and conversion orchestrations.

Experience supporting SIT/BST/UAT/PQ test cycles.

Strong knowledge of analytical reporting datasets KPIs and BI platform deployment.

Proven ability to communicate in a complex matrix environment.

Skills in risk management issue resolution.

Ability to influence others and work under pressure.

High attention to detail and strong commitment to compliance and audit readiness.

Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
