Cedar Park Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager for a full-time non-clinical care coordination role supporting a structured medical readiness and compliance program.
This position focuses on documentation review readiness tracking and case management support in an on-site environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track medical readiness and case activity
- Review medical records and ensure documentation compliance
- Support mobilization and medical readiness events
- Track referrals follow-ups and case activity
- Travel periodically to assigned program locations (as required)
Work Location
This is an on-site position in Maine with occasional local driving between nearby program sites (approximately 11.5 hours).
- No overnight travel
- Not a travel nurse assignment
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (required)
- Case management or care coordination experience strongly preferred
- Strong documentation and administrative discipline
- Ability to operate in structured compliance-driven environments
- Prior government military or readiness experience is a plus but not req.
Position Details:

- 1 year with strong potential for 1 1-year extension
