POSITION OVERVIEW
TheAssociate Global Programswill serve as the primary point of contact for NFTEs international licensed partners and network members fostering strong relationships and supporting successful program implementation across our global network. This part-time position (estimated10-20hours per week) has potential to grow into a full-time role with expanded strategic responsibilities.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Hourly rate: $30-40/hour (commensuratewith experience)
Estimated10-20hours per week up to 25 hours during peak season
Potential for growth to full-time position with expanded responsibilities in program design and strategic initiatives
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Partner Relationship Management (60-70% of time)
Serve as the main point of contact forlicensed partners and network membersor for up to 100 relationshipsthrough our growing partner network
Conduct regular check-inson global schedulebased on partners time zone managing agenda and follow up:
Licensed partners (new): Monthly meetings
Licensed partners (established): Quarterly meetings oras-neededbased on strategic initiatives
Network members: Three alignment check-ins per year
Build deep knowledge of each partner organization: their context challenges opportunities and program status
Proactivelyidentifyand communicate partner needs problems and opportunities to the NFTE team
Provide responsive support and problem-solving for partner questions and challenges
Facilitate effective communication between partners and relevant NFTE team members including executing program needs to meet grant deliverables.
Coordinate participation in theWorld Series of Innovationand theWorld Youth Entrepreneurship requires occasional domestic and/or international travel as needed to coordinate may be limited asbudgetallows.
2. Program Support & Implementation Guidance (20-25% of time)
Support partners in successful implementation of NFTE programming
Identifyopportunities for program growth and expansion at partner sites
Connect partners withappropriate resources tools and NFTE teamexpertise
Report partner needs andupdatesinternally to team members asrepresentative of their needs and status
Track partner engagement and program milestones such as sites teachersand student numberseffectively in organization tools including SharePoint and Salesforce
Facilitate peer learning and connection opportunities among partners when appropriate
3. Project-Based Initiatives (10-15% of time)
Coordinate partner contributions for annual Global Impact Report (launched in Q4)and support of other Global Innovation Network initiatives
Support development and maintenance ofpartnerNetworkcommunication platforms/resources
Assistwith occasional travel for partnertrainings program launches or exchange programs (limited as budget allows)
Contribute to development of partner-facing materials and resources
Support other global programs initiatives as assigned

Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Programs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
5 years of experience in international programs nonprofit partnerships or related field
Experience in education youth development or entrepreneurship sectors
Previousexperience managing international partnerships or clients
Multilingual capabilities (Spanish French Arabic or Mandarin strongly preferred)
Bachelors degree in relevant field
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Remote position (10-20hours per week. Up to 25 hours during peak seasons)
Flexible schedule with some meetings across international time zones
Occasional domestic or international travel (1-2 times per year as budget allows)includingtosupportNFTEs Global Competitions.
Located in the U.S. preference given to East and Central time zones.
