Department: Operations
Schedule: Full-Time Monday Friday 5:00 AM 2:00 PM
Wage: $24 - $29 per hour DOE. Overtime as needed.
Reports To: Operations Manager
Arrow Sanitary Service a Waste Connections company is looking for motivated safetydriven individuals to join our team at our Portland location as a Dispatcher.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with Operations and Customer Service to resolve service concerns
- Analyze and resolve issues such as missed pickups misplaced containers or property matters
- Provide drivers with support and clarification for pickups and deliveries
- Schedule and dispatch work to drivers throughout the day
- Utilize Waste Connections proprietary software and MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)
- Maintain positive customer interactions and promote goodwill
- Perform in a highvolume fastpaced call environment
- Upsell additional services when applicable
Minimum Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years dispatch experience in transportation/logistics preferred
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent organization multitasking and problemsolving skills
