JOB DESCRIPTION:CUSTOMER ORDERS:Orders: Review Order Procedures. Pull orders as and when required by Warehouse Staff and and print orders from retail website. Watch out for gift message comments shipping specials Gourmet Orders: Automatic in am and annual download in pm. Note special instructions on shipping (Next Day 2 Day etc). Confirm Amazon order shipments in a timely CONTACT US email inquiries regarding any current orders requiring changes. Revise Sales Orders accordingly. Drop Shipping Orders: Login to appropriate Drop Shipping Website and print order. Input order on SBT taking note of Ship Address Item # Quantities Ship Date Shipping Method (Next Day 2 Day or Ground). File away copies of Drop Ship Orders in folder for invoicing purposes. Confirm shipment. Check voicemails for orders and customer inquiries. Attend to the matter at the earliest time after loading orders. Update voicemail prior to special events holidays closure etc. Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and file all customer inquiries after ORDERS are loaded. Sort incoming USPS mail and drop off to designated person (s) from Aerospeed when required. Review Order Procedures AND Review Invoicing ProceduresMSFT Outlook Filing: File all email orders Drop Shipping orders AND all customer inquiries for future MAILING:Retail Catalog Mailings: Send out Retail Catalog every Friday and enter all requests for catalogs on MMD print address labels affix postage stamps and mail them out. OUTLET SALE:Primary responsibility to attend to all customers. Prepare outlet sale area with all teaware and tea samples. Switch on/off lights and prepare hot water sampling. Verify and ensure all items have a price list and price tag on the table/item. Discuss for item prices. Check out customers who shop in the outlet sale. Open and close cash register with maintaining Ledger on opening (Monday) and closing (Friday at 4pm) cash balance (includes cash credit card receipts and checks to tally with sales report). Show report every Friday. Discuss empty items with on Friday and restock. Fulfill and stock. If entertaining customer in outlet sale and they are just browsing inform them to call you when done.
