As a Sr. Employee Relations Consultant in the Global Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) organization you will serve as a strategic partner to leaders across the Americas by delivering timely expert guidance on complex employee relations matters. You will help leaders make business aligned decisions through strong partnership and a deep understanding of Adobes culture policies and organizational context.
Our team plays a critical part in creating positive healthy organizational environments crafting workforce change initiatives and guiding employees and leaders through key moments in the workforce journey. We prioritize close collaboration with leaders HRBPs Employment Counsel and internal Centers of Excellence to build consistency fairness and high engagement.
In this role you will provide timely organized ER consultation partner closely with leaders to resolve complex people challenges and develop practical ER solutions that support business priorities. You will apply excellent judgment and situational awareness to anticipate issues and promote positive employee experiences.

In California the pay range for this position is $145000 - $209950
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
