This position is responsible for growing Adobes Digital Marketing business in the assigned vertical through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that satisfy customer needs. It will involve building long-term C Level customer relationships with CMOs CIOs CTOs and CEOs understanding the industry trends while growing Adobes revenue in this segment.

Sales Acumen : Strategic account planning capabilities to increase Adobes footprint in each assigned account. Build and nurture high revenue & critical Long Term relationships with some of Adobe APACs largest clients and across various levels of an organisation from CXOs to the operational levels. Lead Negotiations & deal closures while maintaining forecasting accuracy and adhering to Adobes practices. Manage long & consultative sales cycles and to guide a cross functional team to achieve the assigned targets and ensure adherence to Adobes selling methodology.

Eye For Business & C Suite relationships : Possess strong Cross-Industry domain expertise Ability to build C Level relationships with CMOs CIOs CEOs to open doors to enable/influence deals. Ability to build an abstraction between the technology itself and the core business benefits which are easily understandable by C Level executives at customers

Sales Excellence & Efficiency : Maintain data hygiene around sales Forecasting and Pipeline Management. Create review and implement a business plan for the assigned vertical with goals and objectives based on opportunity customer needs in line with Adobes vision Maintain operations excellence across all facets of the business from Sales Operations collections and solution adoption

Manage Eco-system Relationships : Collaborate and leverage relationships with presales consulting and the partner management teams to develop and implement the India GTM strategy Work with Implementation Partners to increase Adobes penetration in the accounts.

Integrity & Compliance : Ensure that proper security & legal compliance measures are always applied and followed. Take ownership of every proposal generated by the Evaluation and Offering team and present to customers
