Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Support & collaborate to fulfill Quarterly forecasts Annual budgets Variance analysis with capture of exceptional items
Analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial results versus forecast and budget
Prepare management reports real time dashboards and executive presentations
Perform variance analysis
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios
Partner cross-functionally with Sales Deliver Operations HR Ops and Deliver Ops
Assist in maintaining Action tracker with visibility and alignment with actual results
Improve reporting processes by smart techniques
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting
2 to 5 years of experience in FP&A roles
Strong knowledge of financial statements (P&L Balance Sheet)
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Strong analytical problem solving and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
CPA CFA or MBA is a plus
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting senior leaders
Experience in a fast-paced and fulfilling real time ad hoc requests from leaders
