• Regularly perform consecutive 50 minute facials Microdermabrasion peels microcurrent hair removal and other skin care services.
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health benefits of regular facials.
• Make appropriate recommendations on service enhancements and frequency.
• Meet sales and upgrade goals consistently.
• Familiarize and perform Hand and Stone signature services.
• Maintain detailed treatment records for all clients.
• Actively connect with customers and the community to build a solid book of clients and members.
• Listen and adapt to client feedback.
• Maintain a professional clean work environment and appearance.

• Ohio-Licensed Esthetician or proof of license application.
• Must comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations.
