Bilingual Insurance Agent - Sales and Service
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Insurance Agent - Sales and Service to join a team at a well-established small insurance agency. This role is based in-office and focuses on personal and small commercial lines of insurance. The ideal candidate will possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) license have a proven track record in insurance sales and service and be fluent in both English and Spanish. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team and contribute to the growth and success of a reputable agency.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $40000 - $50000 (commensurate with experience)
- Commission: 20% on new business

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Quote and process new and renewal business for personal and small commercial lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the team to manage the book of business and ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize EZ Lynx software for quoting policy management and documentation.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in insurance sales and service with a focus on personal and small commercial lines.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZ Lynx software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Dependable communicative and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Work Environment: This is a fully onsite position; remote work is not available.
