Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for temporary assignments at state-operated long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
- Administer treatments and provide direct nursing care to residents
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and facility committees
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards facility policies and state regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Wyoming
- Associate degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Minimum of two professional references from the past three years
- Willingness to travel or relocate for assignment duration
- Ability to work flexible as-needed schedules
