Job Summary
Location: Los Angeles Orange County or San Francisco

We are a nationally established civil litigation defense firm with a strong presence across California and other major U.S. markets. The firm represents developers contractors and design professionals in complex litigation matters and provides associates with meaningful case responsibility and long-term growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage written discovery including drafting responding to discovery requests and handling related motions
- Prepare meet and confer correspondence
- Take and defend depositions; attend site inspections and witness interviews
- Appear at hearings mediations and arbitrations
- Assist with case evaluation risk assessment and litigation strategy
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the case lifecycle
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of civil litigation experience
- Experience in premises liability litigation preferred
