About RSS Mobile Trailer Repair

Position Overview
The Business Analyst will lead financial planning and analysis while partnering closely with Operations to improve efficiency visibility and profitability. This high-impact role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment and enjoys turning data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models budgets and forecasts.
- Lead monthly reporting including KPI dashboards and variance analysis.
- Analyze profitability across service lines technicians and job performance.
- Partner with Operations to evaluate workflow efficiency productivity and margin improvement opportunities.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Support system implementations and process improvements that enable scalable growth.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Analytics or related field.
- 35 years of FP&A or business analysis experience.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally particularly with Operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
- Adaptable and effective in dynamic environments including supporting system transitions.
Preferred:
- Experience in service-based logistics transportation or fleet operations.
- Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools (NetSuite strongly preferred).
