Where We Need You:

Protiviti is looking for an ITand CyberInternal Auditand CyberSenior Manager to join our growingInternal Audit andFinancial Advisory (IAFA) Solution.The successful candidate will join the ITAuditassuranceteam as a Senior Manager to help manage and further develop our cyber assurance internal audit offerings andgrowingportfolio of work working closely with our Technology Consulting Cyber team on cyber assurance offerings.

Protivitis (Information Technology (IT) internal auditing practice helps companies understand the key technology risks and how well the company is mitigating and controlling those risks. Protiviti also provides insight into the threats inherent in todayshighly complextechnologies through assessing technology risks and the control environment as they relate to critical business processes. Our deepexpertisein IT audit can help ensure the integrityreliabilityand performance of these processes. Through our methodologies our clients realise more effective and efficient technology controls that better align the internal audit function with their business and IT strategies.

Protiviti works with some of the worlds largest financial services firms including providing internal audit services to six of the top 10 globally systemically important banks as well as several other investment commercial and retail banksandasset managers and insurers. We are looking to expand our capacity to serve that client base with the addition of a Senior Manager preferably with investment banking experience.

What You Can Expect:

The Senior Manageris responsible forthe execution of client engagements andmaintainingstrong relationships with senior client personnel. The senior managermust have a solid understanding of their clients business and be able todemonstratetechnical competence in their product group and industry.

For this role we require someone with strong capability in IT Auditand Cyberassurancewho willleadITandcyberassuranceaudits thatprovidemanagement insights ITperspectiveand controlevaluation as well as advising clients on ITcyber assurancestrategy and techniques.Prior experience leading engagements covering a cross section of information technologies andcybercontrols includingrelatedcybersecurity strategy governanceoperationsandcyber improvementprogram management will be.

The Senior Manager ensures quality and satisfaction on engagements and must be able to clearly articulate therelevantvalue drivers of our business. The Senior Manageris responsible fordeveloping opportunities both at existing clients and new clients andis responsible forproject set up and economics and for ensuring thetimelyclose and billing of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support withIT andcyber business development activities to encourage growth of this portfolio of work

• To work acrossIT andcyberassurance and advisory projects including Internal Audit Technology ConsultingandOperational Resilience

• Manage thedelivery of client engagements against Protivitis standards for engagement managementwithin the IT Audit team as part of the Internal Audit and Advisory (IAFA) solution including:

• ManagingbothProtiviti and clientemployees.

• Project and programme planningexecutionand tracking

• Development and quality assurance of engagement deliverables

• Reporting and presenting to senior client and Protiviti staff on projectdeliverables status and risk.

• Effectively develop and manage client relationships withsenior stakeholders.

• Develop proposals and bid materials for client advisory/ consulting engagements with existing and new clients primarily within theInternal Audit and Advisoryteam.

• Demonstrateexpertisein specific technical areas and/or industries and deliverspecificproduct solutions to clients.

• Develop Protiviti go-to-market propositions and thought leadership including white papersFAQsand other marketing materials.

• Market and enhanceProtivitis profile in the market through:

• Excellent delivery and client management on engagements

• Development of client opportunities through the identification of new engagement opportunities andleveragingrelationships within engagements

• Maintainingclient contacts made through the course of the individuals career.

• RepresentingProtiviti at conferences and other external events

• Promoting Protivitis values and philosophies

• Liaisewith other offices globally toleverageexisting contacts and provide a considered and consistent approach to the market.

• Contributeto employee development by actively mentoring employees creating development opportunitiesinitiatingand conducting training.

• Participatein recruiting efforts to support Protiviti businessobjectives.

• Enhance technical and operational knowledge through coaching from team and industry specific training/ seminars/ forums. Ensure this knowledge is shared with team members.

• Develop with the Companys support existing or new areas of relevant specialism andexpertiseto differentiate yourself in the market.

Do Your Talents Include the Following

• Deep technical cyber skills and internal audit experience with the ability to support with scoping and overseeing related engagement delivery.

• Solid knowledge of internal auditing processes and methodologies including flowcharting.

• Solid understanding of current internal control concepts (COSO IIA standards COBIT)and relevant security frameworks (NIST CIS CSA).

• A diverse skill base in both IT auditing and information systems

• Knowledge of emerging technologyand related cyberrisk

• Security/CyberEffectiveness Reviews assessingSecurity/ Cyberstrategy governance operating effectiveness and measurement ofcyber risk and controlperformance.

• Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment.

• Self-starter and canoperateindependently as needed.

• A high threshold for ambiguity and lack of structure and process during early phases of engagements.

Our WorkplaceandEmployment Process

Protiviti practices a hybrid working model with at least two days per week in the office or clientsite.The ratio of remote to in-person requirementsvariesby client project team and other business factors.It can sometimes mean more of a full-time presence at our client.This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment.Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites which can include local orUK widetravel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.
