We are seeking a Temporary Part-Time Donor Service Associate. This role works in close partnership with the Development team sits within the Operations Department and plays a key role in ensuring accurate donor records smooth guest management and strong cross-functional coordination.
This is a Hybrid Part-Time temporary role.

LOCATION: Downtown Chicago
POSITION TITLE: Donor Services Associate
SCHEDULE:20 hours/week- This role requires 4 hours/day across a work week from Monday-Friday to be done between the hours of 9 AM 3 PM. The schedule is hybrid with Thursday in-person at the corporate office.
DURATION: Temporary - March 17th start - May 29. Requires availability on May 16th including evening hours that day.
Pay- $21/hr
Is This Your Dream Job The Donor Services Associate is a highly organized and detail-oriented team member who provides essential administrative data and event support during the lead-up to our largest annual fundraising event.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrated experience in data entry with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Comfort working with databases and event platforms; familiarity with Salesforce (required) and OneCause strongly preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Previous experience supporting events fundraising or administrative operations is a plus
How You Will Spend Your Day:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for the event including managing guest and sponsor RSVP processes tracking attendee information and supporting event communications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest and donor records across event and fundraising platforms including OneCause and Salesforce ensuring data integrity and proper record linkage
- Support event logistics and preparation including seating chart development bidder paddle assignments materials preparation and coordination of ballroom set-up with cross-functional teams
- Assist with auction operations including tracking items preparing documentation coordinating shipping of silent auction items and maintaining related guest and bidder records
- Generate regular reports related to ticket sales guest tracking and event participation to support Development and Operations leadership
- Collaborate closely with Operations Development and volunteer teams to ensure the timely completion of event deliverables and seamless information flow leading up to and during the event
- Provide general administrative support related to donor services and event execution as assigned during the event planning season
