Job Description
Were AmTrust International a Londonheadquartered insurance business with offices across the UK and over 1900 colleagues in 13 countries. As part of a global group we partner creatively with leading financial institutions retailers and manufacturers to deliver bespoke insurance solutions across international markets.
Were currently recruiting a Client Success Managerto join our newly formed Client Services team based in either our Nottinghamor Dublin office.
This new function plays a key role in strengthening relationships with our this role youll be responsible for developing and maintaining close working relationships with clients and underwritersgaining a clear understanding of operational challenges and coordinating across internal teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
To succeed youll bring:
- Experience in a similar role within financial services ideally involving thirdparty relationship management
- A structured projectmanagementdriven approach to resolving operational issues
- The confidence to collaborate influence and negotiate at all levels of the organisation
- Strong resilience and the ability to coach and guide others
- Knowledge of delegated authority practices (advantageous but not essential)
