Now were looking for a Sales Development Intern to join our Central Eastern Europe Sales team in Sofia Bulgaria (hybrid mode). This is a 6-month part-time opportunity designed to help you grow your skills and start your career in sales.

Join a team with high aspirations:

You will join the Central Eastern Europe Sales team in a fast-paced dynamic environment. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and you will be working in a team composed of sales representatives engineers community managers and marketing managers to meet the Regions objectives.

What Youll Do:

As a Sales Development Intern youll be the first point of contact for potential customers introducing them to Milestones value and setting the tone for a world-class sales experience. Youll play a critical role in building our sales pipeline by identifying engaging and qualifying new business opportunities.

  • Represent Milestones mission and values in every interaction.
  • Partner with the business managers to strategically target and qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts via email phone and social channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers uncover pain points and assess buying readiness.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and insights in our CRM to support forecasting and reporting.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluent-level Romanian and English.
  • A proactive positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and passion for connecting with people.
  • Organized self-motivated and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Experience in sales business development or a customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
