About the role:

You will advise on front-end project work including:

Risk analysis and allocation.
Project structuring and delivery systems.
Contract preparation drafting and negotiation.
Major transactions for leading energy resources and infrastructure clients.
Supporting client relationships and cross-practice collaboration.
Contributing to business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate:

5 years PQE and strong front-end construction and projects experience across a range of sectors.
A proven track record drafting and negotiating complex construction/project documents.
Strong analytical communication and research skills.
A positive team-first approach with genuine client focus.
Interest in relationship building and business development.
