Job Summary
Perform routine preventive maintenance for guest rooms public areas and back-of-house.
Repair and maintain electrical plumbing HAVC lighting and basic mechanical systems.
Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and technical issues.
Conduct daily inspections to identify faults and safety hazards.
Qualifications :
Strong problem-solving ability
Good communication and teamwork
Service-minded and guest-oriented
Able to work shifts weekends and public holidays
