DescriptionJob Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Manager (TSM) to join our French Sales team. As a TSM you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory by developing and implementing sales strategies building relationships with customers distributors and other regional stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Your product scope will be Fluke Networks (FNET) Fluke Process Instruments (FPI) and our High Touch Industrial Group (IG) portfolio. As brand leaders in their respective spaces you will leverage go-to-market and sales strategy synergies to amplify growth and unlock cross sell potential.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive new bookings by creating end-user demand strategically planning territory coverage with partners and implementing strategies for rapid market share growth.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking strong business insight and the ability to influence organize and build demand relationships and winning strategies.
- Actively promote Fluke products to achieve sales quotas through relationship building training support and end-user engagement.
- Develop expertise as the local authority on Fluke products solutions and applications.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to prepare proposals deliver product demonstrations provide training and address customer needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales funnel through consistent prospect follow-up.
- Combine technical knowledge with persuasive communication skills to effectively position Fluke solutions.
- Work remotely from a home office while traveling to customer sites within the territory (standard week : expect 2 days home office 3 days traveling).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end users by offering tailored solutions using Flukes equipment software and services.
- Leverage internal Fluke support teams to maximize territory growth and customer success.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed targets within an assigned territory.
- Demonstrated success in identifying qualifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships through exceptional service and support.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully balance the achievement of short-term objectives (quarterly orders/sales objectives expense management etc.) with longer-term strategic goals
- Demonstrate reliability empathy and teamwork by supporting colleagues fostering open communication and contributing to collective success.
- Solid technical aptitude with the ability to clearly explain product capabilities and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company and its products.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Be based in France (Area Ile de France Preferred)
