Job Summary
Job Title: Quality Auditor Graphic Design
LOCATION: SPI Santiago - On site
Schedule:Mon - Fri 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This role is responsible for performing audits creating corrective and preventive action plans to mitigate the errors that are generated in the graphics and art department and working hand to hand with artists. Is also a support for training initiatives related to the sustainability and growth of the graphic and arts department. Provides help and assists in all the activities related to the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Audit all orders related to the graphic and arts department reviewing line by line.
- Verify that arts and order information match the Paperwork (PPW) and notify any discrepancies.
- Compare the designs in the plotter vs the ones in the Tajima database.
- After revision is made provide feedback to the designers with any errors detected to be corrected.
- Document all audits and keep a record of quality reports.
- Asses and coach new hires/trainees
- Monitor quality trends and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify training needs to meet quality standards.
- Prepare reports to communicate quality results.
Required:
- English Intermediate: written.
- High School graduated
- Attention to Details
Preferred:
- University student
- Fully bilingual
- 1 year of experience as a graphic designer
