Lowell Catholic provides a safe nurturing environment where students from Preschool through Grade 12representing over 30 local communities and eleven different nationsform a community of learners who in accordance with our mission Excel Prepare and Catholic is seeking a Substitute School Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide as-needed coverage during the school -Provide first aid and nursing care to students and staff-Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and Massachusetts regulations-Maintain accurate and confidential student health records-Communicate effectively with school staff and families as needed-Support a safe healthy and nurturing school environment for students of all agesQualifications-Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license required-Pediatric or school nursing experience preferred-Ability to work with students from Preschool through Grade 12-Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills-CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain)ScheduleAs-needed basisSchool-day hours only
