Job Summary

Our client XEN technologys is looking for Associate Product Manager in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers to develop product strategies and roadmaps.
Assist in gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
Conduct market research to identify user needs and competitive landscape.
Work closely with engineering design and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product features and releases.
Assist in the creation of product specifications and detailed requirements.
Monitor product performance and analyze data to track success and areas for improvement.
Participate in the product development process from concept to launch.
Support the management of product backlog and assist in organizing agile sprints.
Engage with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback and insights.
Assist in the creation of training materials and documentation for new product features.

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Interest and understanding of product management concepts.
Passion for technology and innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.
No prior work experience required; internships or academic projects related to product development would be a plus.
Familiarity with product management tools like Jira Trello or Asana is advantageous.
Basic understanding of Agile methodologies is preferred but not required.
Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
Demonstrated ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
