Manager E-Commerce
Job Summary
- Manage and optimize the online assortment ensuring availability of key SKUs aligned with business priorities.
- Define onsite merchandising strategy (boosting ranking category placements) and guide the technical team on implementation.
- Plan and coordinate online promotions and campaigns with Commercial and Marketing teams.
- Liaise with Commercial and Category teams to align online pricing offers and product availability.
- Manage supplier partnerships by monetizing onsite placements such as banners featured listings and campaign spots.
- Identify and develop new digital income opportunities through supplier collaborations and sponsored visibility.
- Manage affiliate partners to drive incremental traffic and sales.
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints related to stock availability pricing discrepancies and product issues.
- Own and manage the e-commerce P&L driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Analyse sales conversion and product performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide strategic direction to technical teams for website updates campaign pages and merchandising improvements.
Qualifications :
University degree (Master or Bachelor) in Business Administration Supply Chain or any Management Degree from a recognised University.
