Job Summary
We are looking for Romanian-speaking Content Moderators to join our team in Porto Portugal . This is an on-site position for candidates who can handle sensitive content and want to grow their career in a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate online videos content and user reports
- Ensure compliance with community guidelines and platform standards
- Apply accuracy standards to maintain content integrity
- Protect user data and follow internal compliance processes
- Maintain knowledge of policies to meet KPIs
- This role involves exposure to sensitive or potentially disturbing content requiring emotional resilience.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 18:00
- 2 rotating days off
- Planned evening shift: 13:00 to 22:00
- Future possibility: transition to a 24/7 schedule
Salary & Benefits
- 1000 gross/month (x14 months)
- Meal allowance: 2014.32 net/year
- Total yearly package: 16014.32
Relocation
- Room in a shared apartment 280/month (utilities included deducted from payslip)
- Accommodation provided for up to 12 months
Candidate Profile
- Romanian (C1) and English (B2)
- Strong computer and navigation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Nice to have:
- 612 months experience in content moderation or customer support
- Associate degree or similar
- Calm and professional attitude patient with repetitive tasks
- Work in a modern office in Porto
