Greet and welcome passengers in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Assist passengers with check-in baggage drop and boarding processes. 3. Handle passenger inquiries complaints and requests in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations. 5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time departures and arrivals. 6. Provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs. 7. Monitor flight schedules and make necessary announcements. 8. Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage upgrades and other services. 9. Maintain a clean and organized work area. 10. Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 6. Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. 7. Knowledge of basic computer applications. 8. Fluency in English and other local languages is a plus. 9. Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds. 10. Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel.
