Reporting to ourHead of Compliance & Building SafetyourCompliance Lead willlead and develop a team whilemaintainingoversight of wider staff to ensure consistent highquality compliance processes and service willbe responsible formanaging and continuously improving asbestoslegionellaand LOLER compliance providing technicalexpertise ensuringaccuratedataand reporting monitoring contractor performance and supporting a safetyfirst culture in line with evolving regulatory standards.
In addition we are looking for candidates that have apassion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.
Whatdo ourCompliance Lead Asbestos Legionella Liftsdo;
Act as the organisations competent person for asbestos legionella andlifting equipmentcomplianceleading statutory adherence managing risk and ensuring alignment withall relevant regulations such as CAR 2012Healthand Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 Lifting Equipment: LOLER 1998 (thorough examination and reporting) PUWER 1998 and all associated guidance
Develop and implement compliance strategies management plans and procedures while keeping all technicallegaland regulatory knowledge up to date and embedding changes into policiesspecificationsand contracts.
Commissionquality assureandmonitorall surveys risk assessmentsinspectionsand remedial programmesoverseeing contractor performance ensuring value for money and safeguarding residents and building andmonitorall surveys risk assessmentsinspectionsand remedial programmesoverseeing contractor performance ensuring value for money and safeguarding residents and building users.
Providespecialist technical advice across maintenancedesignand capital projects; lead incident investigations and statutory notifications; and ensure clear communication with residents and stakeholders.
Maintainaccuratecompliance data reporting and KPIs and provide strong leadership to team memberssupporting competency training and consistent service delivery while ensuring budgets are managed appropriately.

P901 Management and Control of Building Hot andCold WaterServices and P405 Management of Asbestos in Buildings
LOLER awareness or management qualification
Experience of compliance management systems in a social housing context in relation to asbestoslegionellaand LOLER
Demonstrable experience in effective management and delivery of relevant compliance safety data and process management and systems in relation to asbestoslegionellaand LOLER
Experienced in the compilation management and control of attribute compliance and activity registers associated with asbestoslegionellaand LOLER
